At American Gym, Inc., we strive to provide excellent services and products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
1. Membership & Service Refunds
All membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract.
Refunds for personal training sessions or classes are only available if canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
No refunds will be issued for missed or unused sessions.
2. Physical Products
Items purchased at our gym or online store may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
We do not accept returns on supplements, nutrition products, or hygiene-related items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Digital Products
Digital purchases, including workout plans, online training sessions, and downloadable content, are non-refundable.
If you experience issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us for assistance.
4. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, contact our support team at romantiko_chinito13@yahoo.com with your order details.
Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
