1. Membership & Services
Memberships are subject to approval and can be revoked for violations of gym policies.
Members must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled according to our cancellation policy.

2. Use of Facilities
Members and guests must adhere to all gym rules and safety guidelines.
American Gym, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
Equipment must be used properly; misuse may result in suspension or termination of membership.

3. Payment & Billing
Membership fees, class fees, and other charges must be paid in full before accessing services.
Late payments may incur additional charges.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Refunds
Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice according to the cancellation policy.
Refunds are only issued under specific conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

5. Liability Waiver
By using our facilities, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physical activities.
American Gym, Inc. is not liable for injuries sustained while using the gym or participating in training sessions.

6. Code of Conduct
Members must conduct themselves respectfully and follow all gym etiquette.
Harassment, intimidation, or disruptive behavior will result in membership termination.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
